After a visit to cosmopolitan Lima you will head into the highlands where you will have the chance to get to know the old Inca Capital of Cusco as well as the fertile and peaceful Sacred Valley of the Incas. From here you will continue by train to the Lost City of Machu Picchu for two days of exploration. We top of this package with a beautiful trip crossing some amazing highlands to the city of Puno on the shores of the mysterious Lake Titicaca.

Lima to Cusco

Today you will travel from Lima to Cusco. In Cusco we will take you on a day of exploration of this majestic city. Its palaces, Inca Ruins and ancient squares will allow you to grasp the surface of the amount of history that atmospheres this city.

Cusco to the Sacred Valley

When exploring the Inca Heartland once cannot forget about the Sacred Valley of the Incas. This fertile valley was the heart of the Inca agricultural revolution and the remains of this importance can still be seen and felt till the day of today. Spend the night surrounded by the peace and quietness of this beautiful valley.

Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu

Today is all about the Lost City of the Incas; Machu Picchu. Travel by train to Aguas Calientes where your guide will be waiting to take you on a private exploration of this amazing city in the clouds.

Machu Picchu to Cusco

A second day to explore this massive site; hike Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, head to the Inca Bridge or reap the views from the Sun Gate; a day full of photo opportunities. In the afternoon travel back to Cusco for a good night’s rest.

Cusco

Today you have a free day to enjoy the majestic city of Cusco. Wander through the streets and plazas filled with history and enjoy the local cultural and culinary treats the city has to offer.

Cusco to Lake Titicaca

Today we will take you traveling through the Peruvian highlands and pampas. Either by train or bus you will transverse this impressive countryside dotted with snowcapped mountains, beautiful lagoons and authentic villages. Arrive to Puno on the shores of the highest navigable lake in the world, Lake Titicaca the birthplace of the Inca and Aymara cultures.

Lake Titicaca

A full day to explore the magic of this deep blue lake full of mystery and life. Visit the Floating Islands of Uros and the Island of Taquille where people hold on to their traditions and culture shaped in ancient times.
Day 10

Puno to Lima

Today we will head back to Lima. En route to the airport we will visit the strange Funerary Towers of Sillustani providing you with the adequate farewell after such an amazing journey.
